For Lapis & Onyx Residence in Iași, an ambitious and modern residential development, the Omini Concept team created the visualizations and proposed a landscape design concept focused on shaping a coherent, contemporary image, carefully integrated into the urban context. The proposal highlights a balanced urban ecosystem, where green areas, pedestrian walkways, playgrounds, and bicycle lanes contribute to a friendly living experience connected to the current needs of the community. The outdoor areas are designed as active, accessible, and functional spaces that support both relaxation and interaction among residents. By emphasizing urban finishes, materiality, and a unified visual atmosphere, the visual and landscape intervention aims to highlight the modern character of the development and the natural relationship between the buildings, green spaces, and pedestrian circulation. Solar panels, planted areas, and infrastructure for alternative mobility complete the image of a residential development oriented toward comfort, efficiency, and sustainability. With easy access to the city and an approach adapted to a developing neighborhood, Lapis & Onyx Residence proposes a balanced urban lifestyle, where image, functionality, and the quality of outdoor spaces contribute to defining a contemporary community.
