Discover Metropolitan Hub
A new metropolitan core
Metropolitan Hub is a contemporary mixed-use building developed by Omini Concept in London, exploring the relationship between commercial, hospitality, residential, and office functions within a cohesive architectural expression. The project establishes a clear dialogue between these programs, organized vertically and articulated through a unified façade.
The ground floor and mezzanine accommodate retail and hospitality spaces, conceived as active zones with direct engagement with the urban environment, contributing to the vibrancy of the street. Designed for flexibility, these areas support a wide range of uses over time.
The upper levels can host either modern residential units or office spaces, depending on the developer’s requirements, offering a high degree of functional adaptability. The building is crowned by a penthouse designed for rental, benefiting from privileged positioning and expansive views over the city.
Through the coherent integration of functions and a consistent façade language, Metropolitan Hub presents a refined approach to mixed-use architecture — focused on controlled density, adaptability, and spatial quality, tailored to contemporary metropolitan contexts.
