Classic but modern
This interior design project brings a modern and refined interpretation of the neoclassical style, using a discreet language of proportions, materials and details. The house, located in Aroneanu and developed on two levels, enjoys a privileged position, with wide views of the lake. Natural light has become an essential element in the composition, being valorized by orienting the living spaces towards the landscape. We contributed to the reorganization of the compartments and the adaptation of the installations, to support the new functions and maintain the clarity of the whole. The result is a warm, balanced interior that combines the classic and the contemporary in a calm and coherent atmosphere.

The space was envisioned from the start as a place where functionality and elegance meet naturally. We opted for an airy composition with clean fronts, warm textures and a central island that organizes everything around it. The glazed units add depth, and the dining area, naturally integrated into the whole, complements the relaxed and balanced atmosphere of the whole room.

The bed area has been designed as the centerpiece of the room, with a generous upholstered panel adding verticality and texture. Side niches with integrated lighting and custom-made furniture contribute to a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Each design decision aims to emphasize the proportions of the space and create a balanced ambience with understated accents and noble materials.

From the concept phase, this area was conceived as a balance between functionality and aesthetics. We integrated a decorative marbled-look panel to provide a stylish backdrop for the TV, and designed a toilet with clean lines, complemented by a lighted mirror and fine metal details. The whole ensemble supports the coherence of the reinterpreted neoclassical style in a contemporary idiom.
