Nordic Nest

Nordic Nest is a contemporary residence developed by Omini Concept in Miroslava, Iași, inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics and reinterpreted through a modern architectural language. The ventilated façade in charred wood, complemented by metal accents and expansive glazing, defines the home’s warm, minimalist character. Set on a sloping site, the house required a carefully adapted configuration, including retaining walls and a split courtyard layout — a front garden oriented towards the access, and a more private rear garden integrated into the existing vegetation, extended by an intimate terrace area. For this project, we delivered a complete design scope, including planning and permitting documentation, building approvals, detailed technical design, and on-site technical assistance, ensuring a coherent and fully integrated process. Nordic Nest reflects a balanced approach between natural materiality, clean geometry, and site-specific adaptation, emerging as a refined example of contemporary architecture in the Valea Adâncă area.
