Outlooker

This house is designed to fully capitalize on a sloping site with panoramic views, through a layout carefully adapted to both topography and orientation. From the early stages, the focus was on organizing spaces efficiently while responding naturally to the terrain. Technical areas are positioned in the lower part of the building, ensuring proper ventilation without occupying view-oriented zones. The main living spaces — living room and kitchen — are oriented south and opened through large glazed surfaces, establishing a direct connection with the landscape and maximizing natural light. Bedrooms are placed on the east side, benefiting from softer morning light, with controlled openings to improve energy performance while maintaining comfort. Outdoor terraces extend the living and dining areas, creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior. The landscape design follows the natural slope, using terraced levels that integrate vegetation and relaxation areas into a coherent outdoor environment. In this way, the garden becomes a natural extension of the house. The project reflects a balanced approach between architecture and landscape — combining functionality, energy efficiency, and a strong connection to the surrounding context.
