Villa Belvedere

Villa Belvedere is a private residence designed by Omini Concept in Iași for a family seeking to relocate beyond the city, within a hilly, forested landscape. The project reflects a contemporary approach enriched with subtle classical accents, characteristic of the studio’s residential architecture. The ground floor living area opens generously towards the valley through large sliding glass doors, fully capturing the surrounding panorama. On the opposite side, the kitchen and dining area extend towards the forest via a sheltered terrace. During the warmer months, both façades can be opened simultaneously, creating a continuous spatial and visual connection between the forest, the valley, and the interior living space. The upper level accommodates the private areas, including a spacious master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom oriented towards the view, alongside two children’s bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and forest-facing outlook. The attic is dedicated to a children’s play area, naturally lit by a large skylight, offering expansive views and completing the home with a distinct family-oriented space. The house is designed to NZEB standards and features heat recovery ventilation, underfloor heating, a heat pump, photovoltaic panels, and a high-performance thermal envelope.
