This project involves the renovation and extension of an existing house on a narrow site, tailored to the needs of a family of four. The architectural approach combines minimalist design with subtle industrial influences, expressed through materials such as exposed concrete, glass, and metal. The extension maximizes the living space and opens the interior towards the south and the generous rear garden, creating a strong connection to the outdoors. Large glazed surfaces allow abundant natural light throughout the day, while the roof geometry provides effective shading. Towards the street, the northern façade remains more restrained, with controlled openings that ensure privacy and improve energy efficiency. The entrance is discreetly integrated, leading into a functional and welcoming interior.
